Terms of use

By using HuntMyHome ("the Platform") you agree to these terms. The Platform is an intermediary that lets users publish and browse property information. HuntMyHome does not own, verify title to, or broker any property listed, and is not a party to any transaction between users.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. One account per person; keep your password private. We may suspend accounts that post false, duplicate or misleading listings, harass other users, or attempt to bypass contact limits.

Listings

You may only list property you own or are authorised to market. Agents and builders must display valid RERA registration where the law requires it. All listings are reviewed before publication and may be edited, rejected or removed at our discretion. Listings expire after 60 days (sale) or 30 days (rent/PG) unless renewed.

Contact information

Phone numbers are shared only with verified members and subject to fair-use quotas. Scraping, bulk downloading or reselling contact data is prohibited.

Paid services

Packages are prepaid and non-transferable. See the refund policy. Prices exclude GST unless stated.

Liability

Information on listings is provided by users. Verify title, approvals, measurements and encumbrances independently before paying any advance. HuntMyHome is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
